- Leadership and Influence: Fireside Chat with an influential leader selected by local chapter
- Personal Development- focusing on member’s growth including mental and physical health
We are excited to share information about The Women’s Alliance, West and Southwest Chapter, which is dedicated to recognizing the significant contributions and leadership of women in the workplace. Our chapter is inclusive and welcoming to Manbassadors who actively support and champion women at Xerox. We also have members from various organizations within Xerox, including “Friends of TWA” from other companies.
Our mission aligns with the broader goal of promoting gender equality and diversity at work. By showcasing women’s valuable contributions and leadership skills, we not only support individual career growth but also contribute to a more inclusive work environment. We believe that together, we can create a positive impact and foster a culture of respect and empowerment for everyone.
We welcome you to join us and be a part of this inspiring and supportive community. Let’s work together to make a difference!
