We had a blast at TWA’s International Women’s Conference in Toronto!

It was an action-packed adventure!

Pajama Party and Movie Night

This year’s conference brought together an inspiring array of executive panels, keynote presentations, 1:1 executive interviews, workshops, and networking activities. Speaker topics ranged from career advancement and networking to crucial self-care strategies.

Most attendees agree that the highlight of the event was the opportunity to connect with fellow Xerox employees and sponsors from around the world, meet some of the most influential leaders in our organization, and put faces to names. It’s not every day that you get to engage with such a diverse and talented group of individuals in person.

The International Women’s Conference is about more than just professional growth; it is about building a supportive and empowering community. The connections made and the lessons learned will stay with us all as we continue to advance in our careers.

Be sure to join us next year!!

Be your own spotlight. • Make a scene. • Take the stage. Take a bow. • Show up and shine. • New roles. Our rules. • This is our breakthrough role. • Right your story. • We won’t be typecast.
