For more than two decades, women at Xerox have joined hands in the Women’s Alliance to share ideas and support one another’s professional growth.

- More than a thousand women from the company meet each year for networking, study and camaraderie at our Annual Women’s Conference.
Our Mission and Vision
Through Monroe County Chapter of TWA (MCWA), we hope to create a supportive and inclusive community where women and TWA allies can foster personal and professional growth while promoting wellbeing and camaraderie.
Typical Chapter Activities:
- Vision Board Creation, “If I can see it, you can be it!”
- Supporting local Women Owned Business through Group sessions e.g. candle making / terrarium creation.
- Women & Investing: A Financial Workshop for Women
- Fundraiser / Chili Cookout for Breast Cancer Coalition of Rochester
- Back to school donations
- MCWA sponsored Spa Night
- Learn to take fabulous pictures through your smart phone.
