For more than two decades, women at Xerox have joined hands in the Women’s Alliance to share ideas and support one another’s professional growth.

  • More than a thousand women from the company meet each year for networking, study and camaraderie at our Annual Women’s Conference.

Typical Chapter Activities:

  • Workshops and Seminars: These can cover topics like leadership, professional development, health and wellness, and personal finance.
  • Networking Events: Opportunities for members to connect with each other and with guest speakers from various industries.
  • Community Service Projects: Organizing and participating in volunteer work, such as food drives, charity fundraisers, and environmental clean-ups.
  • Social Events: Fun gatherings like potlucks, holiday parties, and cultural outings to build camaraderie.
  • Educational Programs: Hosting guest speakers, panel discussions, and book clubs focused on relevant topics.
