For more than two decades, women at Xerox have joined hands in the Women’s Alliance to share ideas and support one another’s professional growth.

  • More than a thousand women from the company meet each year for networking, study and camaraderie at our Annual Women’s Conference.

Typical Chapter Activities:

  • Support local teams and collaborate with local non-profit organizations to create a positive influence and advocate for diversity and gender equality – Webinars; network events; workshops; newsletters; etc;
  • Promote access to role models and mentors, focusing on entry-level talent by leveraging existing programs or creating specific local initiatives;
  • Share other ERG initiatives that support diversity and inclusion;
  • Support wellbeing and work-life balance initiatives.

Our Mission & Vision

Acknowledging the unique challenges women face in the workplace, the chapter aims to establish a network to support the personal and professional development of women at Xerox Portugal. It plans to create specific programs and initiatives to help women build successful careers without gender being seen as a limitation. Additionally, the chapter seeks to foster mindset changes, promoting diversity and inclusion as key success factors for the organization, and working to reduce unconscious gender bias in the workplace.
