For more than two decades, women at Xerox have joined hands in the Women’s Alliance to share ideas and support one another’s professional growth.

- More than a thousand women from the company meet each year for networking, study and camaraderie at our Annual Women’s Conference.
Typical Chapter Activities:
- Circle group sessions – 2 sessions held every month to build network of support groups
- Women In Tech group sessions – targeted group sessions within R&D organization with the goal to create a supportive space where they can share knowledge, build confidence and grow in the tech world
- Speaker Series – dedicated to exploring the topics that matter most to women – personally, professionally, and socially. This platform brings together inspiring voices to foster learning, connection, and mutual support. Each session features thought-provoking conversations, practical insights, and authentic stories that empower women to grow, lead, and thrive.

We focused on equipping women to be more successful in work and encouraging women to be a positive influence for change. Through our actions, we will help to create a culture that fully leverages the value that women can bring to the business.
