For more than two decades, women at Xerox have joined hands in the Women’s Alliance to share ideas and support one another’s professional growth.

- More than a thousand women from the company meet each year for networking, study and camaraderie at our Annual Women’s Conference.
Our Mission & Vision
Since 2021 the TWA Italy team promotes an inclusive corporate culture, working on training and onboarding female talent with the target of discussing and creating awareness about the issues women face in the workplace, providing tools and resources for their professional and personal growth, and helping colleagues working with women be better equipped to support them.
Typical Chapter Activities:
- “Caffé inclusivo” – virtual meetings open to all Xerox female employees with guest speakers about various subjects concerning women, their work and personal life, including hobbies or specific personal talents they would like to share with Xerox female community.
- Projects to help our members and peers grow their skills, like the English Chat project, “Conosciamo Xerox” (Let’s Know Xerox – presentation of various departments and roles in Xerox Italy), “Xerox Mind Empowerment” to coach our employees on personal brand awareness, etc.
- Fundraising and volunteering for multiple charities, also together with other ERGs:
o AISM – Italian Multiple Sclerosis Association
o Dress for Success
o PizzAut
o Casa della Carità
