Typical Chapter Activities:

  • AFMD & StopE : Xerox France is part of the Association Francaise des Managers de la Diversité and we attend to quarterly meetings in order to benchmark ourselves. By signing the StOpE chart each year, along with 300 other entities in France, Xerox is committed to fight everyday sexism in the workplace.
  • Cultural events: Theater, Art exhibitions – related to our cause – are offered to employees
  • International Women’s Day: all FBL employees are invited to a webinar
  • Sport events: Sine Qua Non (against sexual violence) & Odyssea Race (Pink October)
  • Volunteering activities: we support women in need, by partnering with Règles Elémentaires and La Fondation des Femmes.
  • Sexism and Sexual Harassment: we have created many resources to educate Xerox FBL employees on this topic (guides, posters, training materials). Everything is available in our SharePpoint.
  • Menopause We have delivered webinars to all employees and have created a dedicated SharePoint to better support Women in Menopause: many resources are offered, including a guide. We are building specific support groups for any woman to share their own experience and create sorority.
  • Women and money: we are working on this theme in order to encourage women to take active part of their finance health.
  • Social activity: we have created a dedicated X’ELLES LI page
  • Communication: we share a Monthly Newsletter to all employees
  • Dedicated SharePoint: The Women’s Alliance FBL
