- The new DACH Chapter at Lexmark, now part of Xerox, is committed to carrying this initiative forward and expanding its impact across our region.
- We believe deeply in fostering a richly diverse workforce where every voice can contribute, grow and lead.
- We are dedicated to advancing the purpose of being a progressive, forward-thinking organization that actively enriches the professional lives of women.
- Through our participation, we aim to support connection, development and empowerment, continuing the spirit of community exemplified by events such as the Annual Women’s Conference.
Typical Chapter Activities:
- Quarterly local events that not only strengthen our regional community but also support new initiatives in empowerment, innovation, and cross-functional learning.
- Quarterly learning sessions and webinars focused on personal and professional growth.
- Access to a strong, cross-functional women’s network across the organization, enabling collaboration, knowledge sharing, and mentorship.
