The Women’s Alliance

TWA ALLIES

Men across our global enterprise recognize the business detriment of gender disparity and strive to elevate women within the organization.

The POwer of TWA ALLIES

The mission and vision of the former Manbassador program remain unchanged. Men across our global enterprise recognize the business detriment of gender disparity and strive to elevate women within the organization. However, our rebrand acknowledges two critical points: (a) gender bias is real, while being an advocate is not gender-specific, and (b) the objectives of our allies carry a gravitas better reflected by the new name.

Recognizing Gender Bias

Gender bias is a pervasive issue that affects workplace dynamics and opportunities. Acknowledging its existence is the first step towards creating a more equitable environment.

Inclusivity in Advocacy

Advocacy for gender equity is not limited to any specific gender. By rebranding to TWA Allies, we emphasize that anyone, regardless of gender, can be a champion for women’s equity.

Elevating the Role of Allies

Allies play a crucial role in supporting and advancing gender equity. They help identify and address biases, create inclusive environments, and support the professional growth of women.

Transitioning to Advocates

Moving from being an ally to an advocate involves taking proactive steps to drive change. Advocates not only support but also lead initiatives that promote gender equity and challenge systemic barriers.

Creating a Culture of Support

A culture that values and supports gender equity benefits everyone. It leads to diverse perspectives, innovative solutions, and a more inclusive workplace.

Reflecting Gravitas in the Name

The new name, TWA Allies, better reflects the seriousness and importance of the objectives we aim to achieve. It underscores our commitment to meaningful and lasting change.
