The Women’s Alliance

Circle Groups

A Circle Group is a small, intentional gathering of individuals who come together to learn, reflect, connect. Each month, thoughtfully planned topics are guided by curated Skillsoft content, giving the group a shared starting point. From there, the real value comes from open conversation and sharing experiences in a supportive, relaxed space.

How the TWA Circles Program Works

Topics are planned monthly and focus on both personal and professional growth. Circle Groups are designed to be a safe, supportive space. We keep the groups small and set clear shared agreements around respect, confidentiality, and listening without judgment. Everyone is encouraged to show up as they are, share only what they’re comfortable with, and trust that conversations stay within the Circle Group.

Everything is designed to support your whole self, not just your work life.
