The Women’s Alliance
CONFERENCES
The International Women’s Conference (IWC) brings together an inspiring array of executive panels, keynote presentations, 1:1 executive interviews, workshops, and networking activities. Speaker topics range from career advancement and executive leadership to personal wellness and self-care strategies.
About the IWC
For many attendees, the highlight of the International Women’s Conference (IWC) is the chance to connect with fellow Xerox employees and sponsors from around the world, meet influential leaders across the organization, and put faces to familiar names. It’s a rare and powerful opportunity to engage in person with a diverse, talented, and inspiring professional community.
But the IWC is about more than professional development—it’s about building a supportive, empowering, and lasting network. The relationships formed and insights gained at the conference continue to shape our careers and boost our confidence long after the event concludes.
The IWC offers exceptional value. At a fraction of the cost of other professional conferences, attendees enjoy world-class keynote speakers, expert-led workshops, and gourmet meals, all within an intimate, high-energy setting. Surrounded by favorite colleagues, shoulder to shoulder with Xerox leadership, and networking with team members from every corner of the organization, the connections made here are truly priceless.
About One Conference
Beginning in 2023, the IWC adopted a bi-annual schedule. In alternating years, the Connection & Belonging office hosts One Conference—a cross-ERG gathering that unites all 10 of Xerox’s Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), including The Women’s Alliance.
Launched in 2024, One Conference reflects Xerox’s deep commitment to intersectionality, collaboration, and collective progress. It offers a shared space for employees across all communities to connect, learn, and grow—together.
