Are you interested in becoming part of a TWA Circle? If you’re unfamiliar with TWA Circles, they are small gatherings of members who come together regularly to build networks, learn, and grow collectively. Extensive research has demonstrated the immense benefits of this supportive environment in enhancing personal and professional development.
PRocess
Circles can vary in size and format, but for optimal outcomes, our TWA Circle committee will randomly assemble groups of approximately five members. The goal is to facilitate virtual meetings on a monthly or bi-weekly basis, offering roundtable discussions or brown-bag lunch sessions that connect colleagues from all corners of the globe. The key to success lies in ensuring consistent participation from all members, enabling them to advance their personal and professional journeys.
If you are currently a member of a Circle from the initial launch in early 2022 and prefer to continue with your existing circle members, you are welcome to do so. However, if you’re interested in joining a new group and experiencing different dynamics, please complete the signup form below.
